No. Each brand (and sometimes each model) has its own cut. That's why I recommend basing your choice on your measurements (and not just your age or "usual" size).

If a brand is known to run small (e.g., some fitted styles), I advise you to check the brand's size chart and, if in doubt, to write to us before ordering.

The most reliable: chest circumference + waist circumference + hip circumference + height.A leotard should be close to the body without compressing: you should be able to raise your arms without it “pulling” at the crotch or shoulders.

It depends on the product:Leotard : if you like a fitted look (often the case in classical ballet), take the smallest size if it doesn't pull on the shoulders.Tights : if you are between sizes, often choose the larger size to avoid them pulling/rolling down.Slippers : avoid sizes that are too big → if in doubt, ask us beforehand.

In dance, I almost always advise against it.Clothing that is too big restricts movement, and slippers that are too big cause the foot to slip.The right choice: comfort + support, not “margin”.
