You've been dancing for years, but recently, foot pain has been ruining your sessions. It appears during class, persists after practice, or wakes you up at night. You're wondering: is this normal? Should I be worried?

Summer is here, temperatures are rising… and yet, dance doesn't wait for warmer weather to stop! Intensive classes, show rehearsals, summer workshops: dancers of all levels continue to practice even in the sweltering heat. But dancing in summer is a little different: the body reacts differently, equipment must be adapted, and a few precautions are necessary to enjoy each class safely.

Since opening All That Dance, I've had the chance to meet hundreds of people passionate about dance. And among them, there's a proportion that touches me deeply: those who are hesitant. Those who write to me, who walk past the shop, who watch videos online… but who don't yet dare to start.

Dance workshops are much more than just a summer activity or a break from regular classes. For dancers of all levels, from beginner to professional, workshops represent a unique opportunity for growth, learning, and transformation.

The performance season is a magical time… and, let's be honest, sometimes a little stressful. Between checking your outfit, remembering to pack your tights, checking your slippers, doing your hair, and packing your bag, you quickly find yourself running around at the last minute.
