Dance schools are closed and dance workshops are rare this season, often canceled by the health crisis. But you still want to train and dance. Lorena Lopez, dance teacher who offers you her practical advice every month, has prepared a series of videos of bars, middles and warm-ups to do at home. Unless contraindicated, these exercises can be done by everyone: adults, children, pregnant women.
The warm-up

One barre and two midfielders for beginners
Place here to a bar, (discover all our bars) divided into several exercises (to be done together or separately if you have little time), as well as a middle, with each time two exercises, which can be done at yourself (or outside in basketball for the jumps). Each exercise is preceded by a short warm-up exercise.

Make way this time for a muscle strengthening session, to be done at home or outdoors, designed for those who practice dance as well as those who have never done it, want to wake up their bodies.

A bar and a middle beginner level
This time we offer you an express bar. Followed, if you want a more complete workout, by a corresponding medium (taking up the exercises seen at the barre). All the exercises can be done from home and are suitable for all levels, including beginners who already have some notions of classical dance.
Beginner level II bar and middle
This time we offer you a bar followed by a session showing the exercises seen during the warm-up. All the exercises can be done from home and are suitable for all levels, including beginners who already have some notions of classical dance.
A bar and an intermediate level medium
We offer a bar followed by a corresponding medium, for an intermediate level. All exercises can be done from home.
A bar and a middle around the coupé
We offer you a bar followed by a corresponding medium, beginner/intermediate level, working particularly on the cut or the support of the foot at ankle height.
A bar and a middle around the en-dehors
We offer a bar followed by a corresponding middle, beginner/intermediate level, working particularly on the outside and the inside.
One bar and one middle around arm coordination
We offer a bar followed by a corresponding medium, beginner/intermediate level, working particularly on arm coordination.
